So the big excitement this weekend I guess was how I went "through the looking glass" and into the Land of JimmyLegs. I saw the "garden," the "grill," the "bamboo grove," etc, everything that has been dramatized on his blog. I don't know, somehow everything was just smaller than I'd imagined. Except for his roommate's cat Mr. Bones, who really is morbidly obese. But so lovable! I get the feeling that Jimmylegs has the idea that I don't have many friends, which I do admit my being available at an hour's notice on Saturday night did little to contradict. I guess I'm always looking for more friends, but I really have no lack of them, in fact I have more of them than I know what to do with! What I lack is a certain set of skills that I call "friend management." And a pathological fear of the telephone, actually. Maybe I can take a course at the Learning Annex.
