For great coverage of arrests and things like that from a personal perspective, turn to Satan's Laundromat, a photo blog. According to my mother, my brother "has a funny story about the Johnny Cash protest" but I'll have to wait till I see him next week.
Tomorrow I'm going to go "thrift the hell out of Baltimore." It feels awkward because on Monday at a tv party which grew out of a too-low showing for bridge, we watched "what not to wear" where a woman who wore "hippie thrift" and "looked 12" was verbally abused in the worst way. We felt pangs of recognition and almost-shame.
